Thanksgiving Plan - Turkey & Prime Rib

I need some coaching on whether it is advisable smoking an 11 lb turkey and a 5 lb rib roast together in a CS55. I was thinking of following turkey 101 and placing on bottom rack with the PR on the top. Are there any hazards or cautions I need to be concerned with? Thanks for your help.

I think you'll be fine. Cook to temp on each with the poultry on the bottom. Sounds like it's going to be a great Thanksgiving.
