Ordered my CS SM025 on Monday......it's Friday afternoon and I'm halfway through the seasoning process.Gotta love that!!

As far as quality goes...Top notch!! A few things I would change,but being a retired machinist I can say that about most everything I buy thats made out of metal.LOL
All and all? Great quality !!!

Now to start prepping those two Angus briskys I picked up today!!!

Not my first by a long shot. Been Qing for twenty years,some of those years in competitions.
Just looking for a method that doesnt require getting up every hour on the hour to check my fire.Getting to damn old for that.
Besides,it's no fun being exhausted from staying up all night when all your buddies are drinking beer and having a good time chowing down on the fruits of your labor.
Briskys dont go on till this evening,but I'll try and get some pics up.I kinda suck at the internets though. LOL
