yahoooooooooo! (can you tell Im excited?) Well, Bestway delivered my new fec100 today! Unscaved, and beautiful!

After the initial seasoning, I cooked 2#'s of burgers (per Eddy's recommendation) and I couldn't resist doing at leat one rack of ribs. Man what a cooker. I love this thing! I can't wait to cook over 30# of pork this Friday night.

Thanks to Cookshack and everyone that has helped me along the way.
