Check the post 5 below this on. That article has been out a few weeks. Personally I don't think a fair bit of it is overkill and won't make a better brisket

It would be entertaining to drop the physicist off in a small city in the NE and ask him to get a brisket,cook it,and turn it in to us to sample.
