Can anyone recommend a good thermometer for me? I have a Smokette 50. I know nothing about them, so anything will help.

I've used a Taylor digital remote for the past couple of years with solid results. Accurate and the base unit holds up well in lousy weather. It has pre-set temps or you can program in your desired temp (which is what I do exclusively).
