Hit the big 50 yesterday, survived a 1/2 century so far, must be the BBQ diet.

Expected someone who knew to jump in and announce it, so guess I have to brag myself.

Had a great week of surprises from the family and just an overall perfect week.

One of my pleasures is BBQ and I truly enjoy the time I spend in the internet with my BBQ "Family"

You guys and gals are great, thanks for putting up with me (as a moderator) and reading those really long smokin' posts.

At times like these in the world overseas and home, sometimes the simple things we take for granted. Let's not.

Thanks to everyone for making the forum what it is today. I may point the way as the moderator, but each and every one of you helps build the road to better BBQ.

Best wishes to all.

Thanks everyone.

If felt silly post my own post, but HEY I did it anyway.

Really do appreciate everyone in the forum and all your work and support.

Looking forward to more years together.

On with the smoke...

OH, and my teams (yes, teams, so I won't be accused of not supporting them all year) start play this weekend. Southern Cal and Oklahoma. I can only hope for a rematch after last year's disaster/victory.
