Hi SmokinBuckeye,
Assuming you are in the Buckeye state and that your restaurant is on State Street, how about:
Buckeye State Barbecue

That way people will remember who you are (a loyal Buckeye) and where you are (State Street).

Since the initials are B.S.B., you could even have a little saying something like:
Buckeye State Barbecue where good BBQ is no BS

Not a bad idea at all...however, our place will be in Athens, Ohio, home to the Ohio University Bobcats. In testing the name in the market, people instantly associated Buckeye State Barbeque with the Ohio State Buckeyes. Buckeye State Barbeque was our initial name.

I do like the the idea of the tag line...Any other ideas along those lines?

I kinda like Kiser's Critters....
but seriously, I like Bobcat Barbecue, or has that already been taken?

I would have to say I like Wheelz, idea.

Alot of places have Que, but not all have ribs. Gives you a chance to hang your hat on something, and to stand out.
