Well yesterday I smoked a chicken for dinner (using mainlydaves feta cheese, black olive, garlic recipe) for 5 hours at 250, should have been 3 hours but I was thinking ribs...outcome, juicy and delicious as usual. I never had a smoker or real "Q" before in my life and now after 5 weeks with my smokette I am almost an expert...lol....I don't usually use my thermometers anymore just time things, you almost can't mess up!!! It really is that good!! This may turn out to be the best $500 I ever spent in my life....
