Those of you near a BJ's Club -

Keep in mind that they will probably sell you the whole strip loin for a better price. Then you can trim it out, cut it into steaks and vacuum pack them yourself. I do that quite often at the Sam's Club I go to as they have prime grade also.

Haven't been to our BJ s in the last six mos,but the last few years they had been weak on quality meats.

John I'm pretty sure these steaks are outsourced. I've never seen Prime anything at BJ's before.

My meat purveyor in Boston will sell me 0X1 Prime strips for $10.59/lb but by the time I take down the fat cap to 1/4" and square off the vein end I know I won't come out any cheaper.
