Homegrown smoker. It was an insulated holding cabinet from McD's, and I use a 2000 wat range element for heat. The racks are 1/4 and 1/2 insh stainless mesh. A friend of mine had a contact in maintainance at a Cargill plant and we swapped favors and product. Could probably get at most any steel supplier, costly though.
