A usefull tip you may try the next time you are finished cooking a butt or ribs etc.. When I get finished, and it is time to clean up, I light my gas grill and place my Cookshack grates
inside and incenerate the grease etc.. When cool I use a grill brush or grill stone to knock off the residue and put back into my smoker. This way I don't have to use alot of cleaning supplies and it keeps mess to a minimum.
