Doing 3 brisket flats and 4 pork butts tonite.
Just slathered the meat with mustard and Klose rub.
Food went on at 9 pm, temp. is now at 140 cooking chamber.
Part of the food is for a buddy, part for my son and his family, his wife very badly strained her ankle Sunday afternoon.
