OK, After lurking about the forum and reading all of the posted topics, I could not hold out any longer. A new Smokette is enroute. I can almost taste that first butt already. I am sure it will be the first of many to come!

you won't regret it, those butt's are real tasty, we do many at a time and just freeze the leftovers. Do look at the 101's and search for topics but never hesitate to ask questions. You can't go wrong with this group.
