Yep. A long time loyal Texas Pete customer myself...until I picked up a bottle of Franks at the big box store. Good product!

I personally am a big fan of Cholula- not too spicy but big on flavor. Hard to find when you go out to a restaurant as everyone has Tabasco. Truthfully I enjoy most of the hot sauces out there except Tabasco.
I went thru a phase about 8 years ago where I wanted to kill my taste buds with hot sauce and a couple of them almost achieved that- Da Bomb and Blair's Mega Death. Not a big fan of these anymore or anything that will kill me.
When I cook, I prefer to use spices or fresh chili peppers rather than sauces.

Anyone make their own hot sauces? I grow my own Habaneros. I dehydrate the peppers and use them all year. I make a green sauce with garlic, lime and cilantro.
Yep,down here ,where we have large "island" populations,there is a lot of use.
I would grow about 18 huge hab plants and have baskets of peppers.
Oh course,the other ingredients to make a pot would cost $20,and use a couple habs.
Then,I'd haul the rest of the truckload to some restaurant that might utilize them.
