Hi Everyone, We are headed for Great Bend Kansas next week and need a Top Sirloin Roast recipe. We never done one, let alone for competition. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim Minion does a good one ,we stole.
I don't have it exact,but maybe he'll come in.
He rubs down with a montreal steak seasoning,sorta.
Cooks hot to about 130� internal and uses a sauce like Jim Beam bbq sauce[which some Sam's carries].
Foil about 1/2 hr and slice thin across the grain.

Just used the Jim Beam Original No. 7 Barbeque sauce on pork ribs this week...results were great.
