Most wild game birds are just breasted out. The wings have little to no meat on them and the legs have so many developed tendons.

The 1st time I bit into a pheasant leg, I thought I was biting into a tooth pick box.

Freedom and activity of wild game rob us of the added meat that steroid raised caged animals provide.
