I'm in the process of purchasing my first FEC100. Thanks to Stu of Stu's Q for pointing me in the right direction! I am looking for pictures of how you guys that use your FEC's for catering and competitions have them set up in your trailers...Thanks for the help guys!

Really depends.

I moved this down to the comp forum. I know we have some posts in here.

First, are you catering or competing or both. Are you wanting to fit it out and meet Health Dept requirements or just put something fun together?

You can go as fancy or not.

Fairway, did you buy Stu's?
