ryan,
we have both an fec and sm150 in our trailer. it was built by www.trailer-tech.com we are very happy with it and they can help you thru the design process. for pics go to the professionals only in this forum and look up "2 greyhounds rig pics we hope". to get an idea of what you might encounter in the manufacturing process and health dept approval look at the thread "took the plunge friday" in the pro section.
hope this helps you some

I bought my catering trailer through Fast Eddy.

It's easy to find on his website, or maybe a link here on Cookshacks. Just keep clicking on the picture until you get all the way to the specs.

They also build smaller pods.

I ordered mine last year and had it built to my specs and delivered in 3 weeks, a week ahead of schedule. I am not tolerant of delays.

I also put a value on CS/FE customer service. At their [free] BBQ school last fall, Stuart said they keep their prices as low as they can and still be able to offer top notch customer service. This is a nice forum they sponsor as well.

Eddy has promptly called me when paged to answer any question. He even built a BBQ restraunt so he could pass that knowledge on to his clients.

Good Luck! Roger
Ryan,

I bought a 7x16 utility trailer last year, ramp on the back, awning on the door side, ac and a pointy nose. My biggest mistake was not buying it somewhere close to home. I got a Horton Hauler from Georgia. I have a useless warranty, cause I'm not going to haul it back there for problems (and there were major wiring problems!). I am quite happy now that the bugs are gone. But, if I did it again, I'd buy a WW trailer from Oklahoma.

Translate, please! Do you mean the weight load? I got 12" between supports on the floor instead of 16" span. I've had so much weight back there that it was tough to pull it with my 1500. At the Jack I brought over 10,000 samples and brought 20# bags of pellets for customers and my whole cooking setup.
