I tried some thighs today and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing was that the skins were no where near what I would have like to have had. They were rubbery but the rest of the thigh was perfect. Guess I'll need to try one of the crisp up methods next go around. Wife still gave them an 8. Started with Newman's olive oil & vinegar over night, rub and about 3 1/2 hours total with apple wood chunks.
