Go to Smokin's "Brining 101"and Turkey 101 courses. Lots of good stuff there. The CS foks have a lot of turkey recipes and suggestions in their "recipe"section. Just search for "turkey."
Here's a post from AndyHardy last month:
"My last turkey came out perfectly. 12.6 lbs. SmokinOkie's Brine for 24 hrs. 225 to a internal of 180. Took 8.5 hours. The best I've ever done. No one died or ill." Sounds like he really scored.
