My girlfriend brought a large turk breast home from Publix, it had the skin on it, I rubbed that think down with a nice light sprinkle of fast eddies rub and threw it in at 250 degrees. when it hit internal of 155 degrees I turned my smokette off. It rose a couple of more degrees. Man, I can't tell you how delicious this (breast only) turned out in my smokette. So juicy and tasty, I will definitely do it again, a couple at a time. It took around 1.5 hours at the most. Highly recommended.

Glad to hear that worked out well for you. I do turkey breast quite often for customers and to use them as holiday gifts also.

Plus, this Thanksgiving, I parted out my turkey and cooked it that way in my FEC 100. I kid you not. The Polder alarm I had on the breast went off within a minute of when the Polder alarm I had on the thighs. And the breast came out perfect. I know you lose the WOW factor of showing the whole turkey, but this is the way I am cooking my turkeys from now on.
