Looked in the archives but didnt see an answer, so gonna ask here.
How long should I allow for a 3lb boneless turkey breast, dont want it to be done tooo soon. Will be smoking it on a Weber Smoker

I can't see it taking more than 2-3 hours and that may even be long. That is a smaller breast and should not take that long.

I would cook it to somewhere between 155 and 160 on an internal temp. When you take it out and let it sit under foil for 15-20 minutes, the temp will come up a little more. You might want to consider bringing the breast as that will help hold moisture in.
