going to smoke 8 ducks this sunday for the race and freinds.would you think smokins turkey brine will work? it sounds perrrty tasty.

thanks tom, sorry it took awhile to get back , cooked broasted chicken at the legion tonight,post 240, did 75 carry outs, 165 eat ins.im going to give this a try,let you know how it goes.
smoked 6 white pekins, retired 4-h birds, brined in smokin okies turkey brine over night. smoked @225 for 6 1/2hrs with 3 oz. apple. came out great with alot of happy bellys. ill do this one agian.

thanks smokin. my 008 showed up a about 2 months ago and have had some great success. love the way the brisket turns out,wish i had one in now , work gets in my smokeing way. i will post soon the story of my fun. gota love this forum.
