Butterball may be the only tumbled bird that doesn't improve with brining IMO.

Yes,we regularly use" coonass"
butter injections on Butterballs.

It still works better ,if you inject the night before and massage the bird a couple times.

I'd rub it down with butter,or at least spray it with Pam butter flavor.

I like a 50/50 mix of chardonnay & creole garlic injection in turkey. But I don't like turkey (really).

Be sure and salt the inside of the foul fowl well. I like Tony Chachere's too inside & outside.
