Replies sorted oldest to newest

Got 6 big legs in now. Canola oil, poultry seasoning, paprika, ground red pepper, 2 oz. apple, 250*(well, up all the way, might be more like 235*). Gonna let them go 4 hours and check.

Pretty doggone good I reckon. I ate 3 after a 15 minute rest. Couldn't wait any longer. Skin actually had some crispy spots. Meat was moist. Probably could have pulled them after 3.5 hours. I highly recommend y'all do some soon.

Maybe if the MD tried some of them awesome looking turkey legs you made, they might change their minds.
