Has anyone smoked turkey legs yet, I have a great Marinade and rub but have not attempted it yet. any idea on how long. I figure about 1 1/2 hours at 225
Pod, there's a post in archives about cutting the skin completely around the base of the legs (turkemcise?) so, when cooked, the skin pulls back and you can pull out the tendons with needle-nose pliers. Also, be generous with the time. I've found 3-4 hours works, those suckers are thick and meaty.
