My wife purchased this turkey rack that separates.
When your turkey is done and ready to pull from the pan, lift the bird out of the pan by the rack and place it on your cutting board or serving platter still in the rack. Now, here comes the neat part. Simply pull the center pin from the rack, and the rack splits into 2 parts. Slide either side from under the bird. Wallah. It's ready to carve. No fighting the hot, heavy bird trying to lift it out of the rack. It's more heavy duty than the picture depicts and handled our 22 lb bird with ease. It's also nonstick. Ours came from Bed, Bath and Beyond.
