Ok so the families want their smoked turkeys for Christmas. Here is the problem. One wants a turkey done at 1230 and the other family wants 2 turkeys and a ham done at 1830. So what do yall think would be the best way to do this. The ham i would like to do at a lower temp say 225 to get a good smoke flavor and the turkey i did at Thanksgiving i did at 325-350. So what do you think the best way to do the cook would be.
Should i do all of them early and reheat the 2 turkeys and ham? I dont think i want to try and hold a turkey for 5-6 hours. Or just do to seperate cooks? Oh yea i almost forgot im cooking on a FEC.
