i was walking through the local wally world the other day. They had smoked turket legs and also wings, vac packed in the cooler, it said to cook to 165 and i did see something about them being cured in, cure being in the ingredients.

I bought a pack of the wings and tossed them in the oven at 350 about an hour later I had really decent tasting turkey wings, although they were still kind of tough as normal.

Question is would anyone know how to go about replicating these, when I took them out of the package they were firm, and had a nice color to them, like a dumbass i didn't read anymore of the package before it was gone.

I may need to make another trip the WW. I don't go there but once every couple of months.
