My new FSC100 should be here next week and I have an order to do some turkeys for a group. When I do turkeys on the off-set, (Lang 84) I use Stockinette soaked in vinegar. I was wondering if any of you use stockinette in the FEC? It does a great job of keeping too much smoke off the bird and keeping it in shape on the Lang. Do I need it with the FEC? Thanks guys..John
