He really enjoyed it. I did not get to try any as I was in a hurry to get it to him before it got too late in the evening.I saked if it was dry and he said that he thought it was just right. I will be doing one with raspberry pie filling next time!

Very, very nice color you were able to get on that!

I too am a big believer in simply going by internal temperature as opposed to time. It's the only way I smoke. Without my Cookshack and probe thermometer, I just don't want to risk it! However, I was curious nonetheless as to how long the total cooking time was?
