well as planned ribs were eaten by 2 eaters that don;t like ribs and 2 that love ribs ,after 5 hours in smoker and 3hours holding temp the ribs were cut and served .to my surprise they were a hit and now they are asking when can the rest of family enjoy those moist/very juicey ribs ,my only thought was using apple or cherry and use less wood next time.clean up was easy with using alum foil as my brother suggested full and thinking whats next????
