Have 2 turkey breast brining for 24 hrs to smoke tomorrow. When I start smoking the breast, I plan to begin brining a whole turkey for 48 hrs. For Thankgiving.
Can I use the same brine solution for the whole turkey after it has been used for 24 hrs. To brine the breasts? Or do I need to make fresh brine.
