Now that I have your attention...brined them for one hour in salt, sugar, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper. Patted them dry, then I added some Banana sauce...something you get in an Oriental grocery store..it's red, peppery and tastes nothing like bananas, but it's delicious. Put them on the Cookshack at 225 until breast temp reached 165. It took about 90 minutes total. I added one chunk of hickory too.
My wife loved them. "Perfect" is the word she used. I'm more critical of my cooking than anyone else, so I think it needed more pepper and a little more thyme. Cook time and juiciness were good to me.
