We have a winner! Rude Pete wins 20 lbs. of the Cookshack Smoking Wood of his choice for his name, Where There's Smoke, for our online newsletter, to be launched ... well, I am not going to say when because I am so darn far behind on everything, but "in the near future".

(I took the summer off, I am way behind, and I am not one bit sorry EXCEPT that I have let this contest and the Gourmet Wood Smoked Foods contest get too far behind and I am sorry!)

Anyone who wishes to contribute their favorite smoking story -- funny, interesting, odd, whatever -- to the inaugural issue of the newsletter is welcome to send to me at d_johnson@cookshack.com. Published stories will score the contributor a t-shirt.
