Ok, I just cleaned it out again with the vacum and loaded up some mesquite. And so far, no smoking from the hoper and it seem to be working fine. Only problem; I have less than a quater of a bag. Do you guys think the pellets could be causing problems? Maybe a bad batch or something. I let you know how it goes. Wife and kids are scared to eat the meat, but after being in the Navy for twenty four years as long as I get four hours off of it I'm good!
