Weird Issues

I have an auger fed FE100, one of the first cookshack made for Eddy.

It was worked very well until of late with 2 issues.

1) I have been using the same pellets for a long time and recently noticed a ton of sawdust at the end of a cook. Is it possible the auger is grinding them rather than pushing them through as usual? Same pellets as last year from same batch, so I can almost rule out the pellets.

2) When cooking at 375* the LED goes to 0 when it gets to that temp. When I open the top latch of the door, the temp pops back on. Only happens during higher temps. Cooker is on level surface. Can move door in an out and it keeps going back and forth between temp and 0

Thoughts?

I 'd email Eddy and ask him,then call service on Monday morning and see what Tony,or one of the techs have to say.

I could make a few guesses,but you've done that.
