What Appetiser Would You Suggest

I'm undecided on an appetiser for my buddy's Christmas party this year (in 2 weeks). I'll make either the smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers, onions and crackers (not Melba toast), smoked onion sausages wrapped in bacon with memphis style barbecue sauce and shredded 4 cheese, or jalapeno poppers Something similar to Fire Guy's.

Nice problem to have, huh? Any votes or other suggestions? May make two kinds.

Smokin. Would you consider a separate appetiser forum?

At this point, probably not, would just be another place to put stuff and over the years I don't really see a lot of "appetizers".

The recipe section is probably the best, for now.

maybe just need more descriptive titles.
