I think your recipes are great. You are so creative! As I recall, Smokin' wanted to use this Forum just for posting recipes with a minimum of long discussions. That may be the reason there's not much discussion about each recipe.

I hope you don't get discouraged because I think your recipes are great and I would like for them to keep coming.

Are you entering some of them in the recipe contest? I hope so.

The recipe section has been just that, a place to post recipes, and in the past there hasn't been a lot of discussions (if you look at the other recipes).

There can be a lot of reasons why people don't reply, I can't count the number of posts I've made that get no response it happens, it's the nature of the forum.

By the way, since this isn't a recipe post, I might move it later (after the responses stop)

Dang, Andi, what do you expect a smoke-cured cracker like me to say? I am struck speachless. Another fabulous Andi recipe. Just print 'em out, and go my humble way.
My mom used to prepare a capon on very special occaisions. That much I can say.

But Smokin', you are the undisputed Boss of the Forum, and you have to take the bad with the good.

I'm with Smokin' on this one.

It will be much more of a valuable resource to newcomers and you old people if we just keep it to simple questions or clarifications.

There are always exceptions and it doesn't mean we aren't appreciative of those gracious enough to share.

We'll there is my $0.02 worth tying up the recipe forum.

But, but, TOM! I want kudos! I'm a lonely old lady just sittin' here makin' up recipes. I write in the nude and if you believe any of this, I have some land to sell you...

I was beginnin' to worry about those folks cookin' in their thongs,but you people sittin' around in Alaska and New England in the winter in your nekidness could drive one to Kentucky's best known corn product.

Could use some of those corn products this morning...just went out to the woodshed to grab a rounder in my robe and slippers. BRRRR! It's a balmy 25 degrees this morning!
