I just picked up 4 shoulders at A&P supermarket for .99/lb. I will be making pulled pork, fresh sausage, etc. But the question is:
What would you do with a Smithfield Fresh whole Ham. No solutions added, minimally processed 19.43lbs and only cost .99/lb.
I really wish I had the atmosphere to turn it into proscuitto, but that is not gonna be an option.
Any advice, recipes, etc. will help. And, yes, Smokin, as soon as I get back home from shopping at BestBuy with the family, I am going into cook mode and am gonna search using the "FIND" function
