Hi guys/gals,

Because of scheduling I am only able to enjoy food fresh from the pit two days a weekFrowner That, and I'm on an eating regimen that I won't allow to be broken except on weekends.

So, This weekend I will be doing a lot of cookie baking and such and feel that the FEC should NEVER go a weekend without being fired up. (side note: I went to the store tonight to get a brisket to cook all night for breakfast in the a.m. but was not impressed)

What to cook? Any ideas? I have done, briskets, butts, shoulders, ribs (both), turkey, and jerky. Personally i could eat all of the above everyday, but I know there is a whole lot of other things that I could be cookin- Help me decide- Please!

The FEC does a good job on jerk chicken,or take Smokin's loin/tenderloins and do jerk pork.

The recipes for stuffed potatoes on the recipe forum are also good in the FEC.

Go to a good meat market and get an assortment of interesting sausages.

Cardogs[Jim & Jack's] salmon.

If you've never had Owensboro,Ky style bbq mutton, you can approximate it with about a nine lb shoulder from a yearling lamb.
