In support of working with the plant,they can walk out the office door and look at the cooker and tell what stage it is in.

These last so long that the dollars spent turns out to be inconsequential.

If you have any service,or additions to make over time,you will be working with the folks at the plant.

If you buy the FEC you will invariably end up registering to take the cooking class at the plant.

The price may be included in your deal from the plant?

If you choose to take the class at the plant,there may be a class special price at the plant.

If you wanted any preshipping changes made to the cooker,you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you ever had to send it back,or trade it up for another cooker-you would be working with the guy at the plant.

If you wish to trade it in for a different type,maybe refurbished/discounted,cooker-you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you need to install a part,you will be on the tollfree line with the service guy at the plant,as he talks you through.

If you need a part overnighted,you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

They have been there for a half century,so down the road you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you wish to see another installation,or cooker,in your area,you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you need to find out how some other cooks are doing special applications that might fit your needs,you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

These could also be one of the lovely and helpful ladies at the plant. Wink

If you need to know about other supplies and how to cook with them,or changes,you could be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you decide to make adaptations,after you get the cooker,installing in trailers,kitchens,etc,-you will be talking to the guy at the plant.

If you think ahead and order any additional supplies,etc.-you'll be talking to the guy at the plant and maybe sending out together.

Thanks for the help. Good points Tom. After looking at the facts and talking with the plant, I decided to go with The Charcoal Store. They had one in the store, ready to ship and they thew in 160 pounds of pellets as well. Shipping is free but it's costing me $125.00 for the delivery to use a lift gate since I was foolish not to pour a loading dock when I built my house. Silly me. Cookshack backs their cooker with the same service as from the factory.
