where to get my fish smoked in LA area?

I fish the sea almost every week. Sometimes I capture fish which are ideal for smoking.I once lived in San Diego and had a couple of great places where I could take my fish and they would smoke them for me. I would very much like to find such a place in the LA area, I live in Encino and most commonly fish from Marina del Rey. Any suggestions or leads would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Why not get your own cookshack and do it yourself? It's easy and you can smoke your own for pennies.
