Smokin' is a fine cook,which we all know.
The thing he has taught me over many years together is the importance of being able to develop that understanding of what you are trying to pass on.
Smokin' works harder and does a better job of this than anyone I've read in the bbq world.
We have fine cookers ,but Smokin' is our finest resource.
We can't ever read,or reread Smokin's writings too many times.
Trust me,I've been there and done that.
Each time reveals something I've missed.
