Restaurant Depot has Inside Top Rounds & Extra Trimmed Eye of Rounds. Preference of one over the other for jerky?

I use the eye of round, long grain , little trimming,, got 5lbs smoking right now!
How much are the eyes going for out there?
$2.99 case $3.34 unit. Top Rounds are 2.59 & 2.84
I just brought in a case for 3.00 per lb. My opinion, eyes are the best choice.
The "eyes" have it. 
Don't forget to buy a case of the snow crab legs for 6.85/lb. 
Here lately, instead of slicing the eye of the round with the grain I slice at about a 20-30* angle.

$6.49/lb. Was actually thinking about it, but I've got too much stuff in the freezer right now and don't have a dedicated freezer. Gotta cook up some of that stuff first. Oh look... A corned beef, guess I can start thawing that out.

Well sure everybody be glad to hear I am putting the jerky making hobby on hold for a while. Never could quite develop a rational marketing scheme amongst the mom and pop world. The folks at the close beer joints can only eat so much jerky I guess. The pickled sausages were pretty good but did not seem to catch on. Too many young whupper snappers around to appreciate those.
