Which FL BBQ competitions have the best food vendor opportunities?

I'm planning on entering a few competitions in the next 12 months (probably enter ribs and chicken only. Which events have the greatest attendance/best vending opportunity?

Grant,Fl begs for bbq vendors and draws large crowds.

It is a bbq oriented county and supports a ton of bbq joints.

The crowds are used to the all day music,beer,and bbq.
