Hi, I'm Matt from England. I am looking into starting a diner here in the U.K and wondered which smoker will be the best. Will the Fast Eddy be? I have been told that gas smokers (Southernpride) have given great results, but can anyone let me know if the Cookshack (Fast Eddy) smokers can give just as good results. I would like to cook, brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. So in short, what would be the best smoker for me to use. kind regards and thank you, Matt.

Do what Eddy says! Jackie's team was the first international team in history to win Grand Champion at the Jack Daniels Invitational Barbecue Contest, cooking on an FEC100. "The Jack" is considered one of three or four premier barbecue contests in the USA. To win Grand Champion is a big deal.

She is an excellent cook and has lots of experience helping people. Give her a call!
