Who says pellet cookers can't produce good bark?

What's all this whining about no bark from a pellet cooker? These are the burnt ends from three briskets cooked today. They are courtesy of a .99 lb whole choice brisket sale at a local grocery store this weekend. My picture taking ability is lacking as these were awesome in person. Hope everyone had a good weekend. Congrats to those who heard their names at Stillwater and Hammond this weekend!
