I just pulled two whole chickens from the brine.Will it take less time to smoke than non brine chicken or will it take the same time?{in a smokette}

Turkeys will finish faster,but there may not be a large difference in yardbirds.
If they are 2.5 lb. fryers,they finish pretty quick anyway.
Stick with what your internal temp. tells ya and be ready a little early.

As I stated in Brining 101, the "theory" is that with the added solution/liquid in the poultry, the water helps transmit the heat faster, so, yes, a brined item will typically finish faster. How much? Depends.
