I want you to post your favorite smoked Prime Rib Recipe, and I need the details:



    Weight of the meat


    How you prepared it: Seasonings you used.


    How long and what temperature did you smoke it at, and if the meat was Rare, Med Rare, etc.


    Type of Wood used and quantity used

Poor guy! No one wants to play! LOL! I am cooking for 1-2 right now, so a Prime Rib is too big. It's not often during salmon season that everyone is home at once. Then there's Moose season starting on the 20th. Will be gone a couple of weeks or until we get our Moose. Then after hanging and processing, I'll be smoking up some of the best meat on earth! Smiler
